Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot or Site. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Bot or Site if doing so would violate any applicable law, regulation, or industry standard in your jurisdiction.

2. Scope of Service

The Bot is provided "as is" for entertainment, moderation, utility, and community management within Discord servers that choose to install it. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time without prior notice.

The Bot is not designed to comply with specialized regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. You must not use the Bot in contexts requiring compliance with such laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, content, designs, branding, trademarks, and assets associated with the Bot and Site are owned by or licensed to us ("Our Content").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot within Discord for its intended purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or sell the Bot or its source code;
• Rebrand, fork, or create derivative works from the Bot;
• Remove copyright notices or branding;
• Use Our Content for commercial purposes without written permission.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

4. User Representations

By using the Bot, you confirm that:

1. Any information you provide is accurate and current;
2. You are legally capable of entering into these Terms;
3. You are at least 13 years old;
4. You will not use automated tools to exploit or abuse the Bot;
5. You will not use the Bot for illegal or harmful activities;
6. Your use will comply with all applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access if you provide false information or misuse the service.

5. Server & Account Responsibility

If you add the Bot to a Discord server, you are responsible for:

• How the Bot is configured;
• Content generated through commands;
• Compliance with Discord's Terms of Service;
• Ensuring server members are aware of Bot usage where required.

We may remove the Bot from any server at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to hack, bypass, or exploit the Bot;
• Use the Bot to harass, threaten, or harm others;
• Flood, spam, or crash servers using the Bot;
• Impersonate others through the Bot;
• Collect user data without consent;
• Use the Bot for commercial or monetized activities without approval;
• Reverse engineer or copy the Bot's software;
• Interfere with our infrastructure or services.

Violations may result in permanent bans.

7. Third‑Party Content

The Bot or Site may link to third‑party services. We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk.

8. Privacy & Data

We may collect limited data necessary for the Bot to function (such as server IDs, channel IDs, and command usage). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Data may be stored and processed in France. By using the Bot, you consent to this processing.

A separate Privacy Policy governs how your data is handled.

9. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content generated through the Bot infringes your copyright, contact us at the details below with a formal notice including:

• Your contact information;
• A description of the copyrighted work;
• A description of the allegedly infringing material;
• A statement of good faith.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot or Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

If terminated, you may not attempt to re-add the Bot under another account without our permission.

11. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may experience downtime due to maintenance, outages, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

If you are an EU consumer, you retain protections under your local consumer laws. Any disputes may be heard in the courts of Trowbridge, United Kingdom, or in your country of residence where applicable.

THE BOT AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for:

• Errors or inaccuracies;
• Unauthorized access to your data;
• Service interruptions;
• Viruses or malware introduced by third parties;
• Loss of data or content.

Use the Bot at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Bot.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Bot;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Infringement of third‑party rights;
• Harm caused to others through your use of the Bot.

We may assume control of any legal defense at our discretion.
